We are heading close to the event and our idea is to assist all competitor partners in their way to Doha with support and spare parts.

Our main goal is to provide you comfortable space in the venue where you will be able to store necessary tools and parts in secure conditions and ease shipping procedures.

Eventual custom duties, lodging charges are in responsibility of partner company.

There is also option of bringing equipment in extra luggage, upon this option the list should be provided to arrange invitation letter for airport customs.

2. PARTICIPATION - all people traveling to the event under authority of partner companies shall register by our website form - assistant mechanic to be allowed on the venue during the period of championships. Entry fee is 100 Euros per person and identification badge will be provided to ease the security procedures on field and allow holder to participate in the official events. Invitation letters will be provided upon request.

3. PROMOTION - partners will be allowed to display logos of their brands and branded flags free of charges in designated areas. Photographers and video makers can take the materials, drones are prohibited and will be operated only by designated companies.

4. Technical Area - there is planned shared air-conditioned tent with sufficient space for partners to perform their duties during the competition period - therefor all other tents are not permitted as the organizational plan was already approved by the local authorities.

5. Accomodation - QASC is not responsible for accommodation choices of partner companies, there are many available hotels around venue with all range of prices which can be used upon the needs.
Most suitable for general needs:
Century Marina Hotel, Cielo Hotel located 5 minutes from the venue location.
Cheaper but fair option:
Ezdan Hotel Westbay - 15 minutes from Venue
Comfortable option with higher standard - Royal Meridien Hotel - 5 minutes from venue.

6. Meals - during the operation days food and drinks will be provided for all participants in the area of the venue in Hospitality tent.
​
7. Transportation - during the event we advice to use rental companies for own transportation, eventually for shipping trucks assistance can be provided and its basically cheap service in Qatar. Assistance will be provided.
